The Alberta Immigration Program (AINP) is an immigration government program that selects applicants who are interested and eligible for their immigration and residence and their families in the province of Alberta.
Under the Alberta Immigration Program, you can qualify under the following programs:

Category of semi-skilled staff

Executive Flow by the Employer

To be eligible for the Employer’s Operating Conditions, you must have a valid job offer from an employer in Alberta and have the terms of one of the following subsets:

A bunch of skilled workers and workers

You must have the following conditions:

A full-time full-time job offer from an Alberta employer at a career opportunity (NOC 0, A, B); And
Formal education or specialized skills required for the desired job position

College of International Alumni

You must have the following conditions:

A full-time full-time full-time job offer from an Alberta employer at a career opportunity (NOC 0, A, B)
Formal education or specialized training required for the desired job position
Graduate from a Post Graduate Institute (Upper Secondary School) in Canada

The staff of the semi-skilled

You must have the following conditions:

Have a permanent job offer from an Aberdeen employer and are currently working for that employer in an appropriate job in one of the following industries:
Food and drink processing;
Hospitality and hospitality matters;
Production ;
Transportation of heavy duty vehicles;
Food service;
Formal education or specialized training for the desired job position

Strategic Employment Stream

You do not need to offer a job to qualify for Alberta’s strategic employment. There are three categories for this stream:

The industry group needs permission and membership

To be eligible for this category, you must successfully complete the Qualification Certificate program with the Alberta Alumni Traineeship and Training System (AIT), and both qualify for AIT’s invitation to apply for the Alberta Immigration Program Have this category.

Foreigners who currently reside in Alberta with a certificate of competence can qualify for Alberta Immigration Applications (AINP) without asking for an employer in Alberta.

Category Engineering Jobs

To be eligible for this category, you must have sufficient education and training as an engineer, designer or planner, and work experience in Alberta in an appropriate engineering career.

Foreigners currently living in Alberta with engineering design or drawing documentation can apply for an Alberta Immigration Program without asking a Alberta Employee.

In addition, you must already work for an Alberta Employee and a qualified engineering, logistics or construction company or have worked in the past 2 years. Your job should be on the list of engineering jobs – the AINP Strategic Employment Stream.

US visa holders

This category has been created for US visa holders in the visa category (E-3, H-1C, H-1B1, H-1B) who have worked at Alberta for at least one year in highly skilled jobs in Alberta.

The Alberta Provincial Migration Program is currently accepting no new requests submitted after August 23, 2010, and the file will be returned to you. Obviously, the cases that were eligible for this program and submitted to the deadline of August 23, 2010 will be accepted and will be considered, and the processing time will be according to the Alberta Provincial Immigration Scheme.

To qualify for the above path, you need to currently work in the United States with a temporary job vacancy in the profession and profession that is required and demanded by the Alberta Provincial Government.

Self Employed Farmer’s Way
The Alberta Provincial Migration Program is designed to help farmland owners and farmers with well-defined managerial and financial resources, and aims to develop industries and economic activities related to the Alberta Provincial Agricultural Division.

To qualify for Alberta’s self-employment farmer, you must meet the following conditions and conditions:

Previous management history with the running agricultural company;
Education, training and work experience necessary for the creation or development of agricultural fields in Alberta;
Provide an economic plan for agricultural and farm trade that Alberta deserves;
Provide evidence of a Canadian financial institution’s willingness to invest in your agricultural and farm projects in Alberta;
An investment commitment of at least $ 500,000 as an agricultural institution’s capital;
Having at least $ 500K Canadian and sufficient evidence of access to this amount of capital from other sources.

Farmer or farmer is limited to activities in the field of agricultural primary products. Priority will be given to applicants who, through the purchase of agricultural institutions, will promote the development of agriculture and food in the province of Alberta. Applicants must document and state their intention to invest in the agricultural sector through their economic plan or idea.
Family path

Another way of the Alberta Provincial Migration Program is to facilitate the immigration of relatives of residents of Alberta.

The Alberta Family Plan currently does not accept new requests for action on this route. Filings sent to the Migration Board on August 23, 2010 will be returned to relatives based in Alberta.
